É um prédio bem adaptado pra ser essa hospedagem de curta estadia. Então toda a lateral do apartamento era envidraçado, que, com o sol de Natal, torna o quarto bastante abafado (embora, há ar condicionado).

O quarto é excelente.
Não tem uma recepção, no quarto tem alguns pontos, como falta de um secador, sem um ponto de tomada próximo da mesa, pano de prato e uma pessoa para arrumar o quarto, fiquei duas diárias e ninguém se manifestou para perguntar o interesse.
