This nicely decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath end unit townhome, located in North Topsail Beach, offers you & your family the best of both worlds - fabulous ocean & sound views! Enjoy the views of the ocean from the 2 sun decks off of the front or the gorgeous sound views from 3 sun decks from the back.
On the second level of this reverse floorplan home you'll find the spacious main living area complete with living room, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bathroom. The dining table seats 6, plus 2 more at the counter. The classic kitchen comes with everything you’ll need during your stay. You can also enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the sun deck off of the kitchen that provides great ocean views.
Be sure to relax or dine outside on the decks, take in a picture-perfect sunset or watch the fantastic sound & marsh come to life where fish jump, birds soar and boats play in the Intracoastal Waterway.

Your beach house rental is located approximately 12.5 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge or 3.8 miles north of the North Topsail Beach high rise bridge. You’ll love the peace and quiet here! Visit the Sea View pier or drive to nearby Surf City or Snead’s Ferry (just off the island) to visit restaurants, fresh seafood markets and shops. You are also just minutes away from a Golf Digest four-star championship course, North Shore Country Club. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

My family and I spent the week here and can’t say enough good things about the property. It’s right across the street from the beach on the inlet side so best of both worlds from a view perspective. The location is quiet and only about a 15min drive to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely come back!

The upside of the house is that it is in a great location. The downsides of this house are: the dishes, pots and pans were dirty and greasy. The chairs at the dining room table need to be replaced. They are very cheap. Customers should not be charged for towels and bedding.
