Great modern building, very clean and with a spacious living room. Great home base to stay in for a few days to relax and visit the tourist attractions. Great views of Wadi Musa. Highly recommend, I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in town.
You need a car in this location given it is about 5 minute drive away from Petra city square. But if you have a car it is a perfect location.

Host was fast to respond about check in and any queries and issues we had during our stay. We ran out of LPG gas in the kitchen and the host was very quick to respond and replaced a new tank within 30 minutes. Location is good and convenient if you are driving to Petra. Secure parking on site and 5 mins drive to petra entrance and town centre. Kitchen had sufficient cooking facilities which was great for us to make a quick breakfast each morning. Overall, nice comfortable stay and value for money.
We had to purchase our own bathroom amenities like shampoo and bodywash as none was provided. Would be helpful if some small bottles of shampoo and bodywash were provided especially for overseas travellers who may not travel with them.
