The property was extremely well located in a quiet area, yet very close to the city center and the Sea Garden. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything one can need during a longer stay at the property. The building and equipment were all new. Check-out times are flexible and allow for a late check-out which is very useful when on holiday.
The parking space was hard to get into and hard to get out, it would be much easier (and safer for your car) to park somewhere else. Sport cars and bigger ones would find it extremely hard (and possibly damaging) to park.

Perfect place, clean, close to the beach, and the sea garden. It gives you a nice comfort due to the separation of 2 toilets. Great for 3-4 people. The garage is useful if you prefer not to drive in the city and enjoy the conditions of all the beaches around. The host is helpful and kind. Even when when were leaving he allowed us to leave the car in the garage for a few hours more.
