Modern mansion villa with six light and very tastefully furnished apartments. These are equipped with wifi, satellite TV and air conditioning and all have a furnished balcony. You live in a quiet area on a fenced area and a parking space is available at each apartment. It is only 900 meters to walk to the beach and you are just as fast in the old town - here you can really enjoy under the warm Istrian sun! Rovinj - Once a fishing village - is one of the most photogenic cities in the Mediterranean. It was recognized early that the climatic characteristics of the region are beneficial to health. The nature itself ensures a clean environment here, because the entire coastline with its 22 islands is a nature reserve. The city will inspire you with its narrow, medieval streets and its Mediterranean heat. Visit the baroque church of St. Euphemia with the relics of the saint during a walk through the city. From the church you have a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding small islands.
