Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk in shower only (no tub) with updated amenities. The master bedroom offers a large lanai with stunning ocean views, and a cozy table where you are invited to take in the beauty of the Kona coast. 3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive fresh flowers & a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.
4. Face to Face Arrival Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Kona Mansions#229 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!

Great place to stay. Walking distance to town and beach. Also equipped with bathing towels, snorkeling gear, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and chairs. Parking right outside the apt. Air conditioned, but did not need to use it because of the fresh mountain and sea breeze. We do come to Hawaii every now and then, so this is a place we definitely will consider again. We will definitely stay here again! It was a perfect location, beautiful view and so many great restaurants in walking distance. Loved the huge selection of beach necessities. Everything we could have possibly needed was available to us.
