About this house rental
3rd House from the OCEAN!!! Pleasant, comfortable, clean, 3 Bedroom's, 2 Bath's, Beach House, This house is a True Beach Cottage with a Classic White Picket Fence with 4 Adirondack Chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs for soaking up the sun.
Before your arrival EVERYTHING gets washed. I have bought double comforters and blankets that get taken away and replaced after each rental.
All bedrooms are air conditioned, as well as the spacious living room area.
One full bathroom inside and one bathroom outside and enjoy your outdoor shower! White picket fenced-in front yard with a lovely sitting area with Adirondack Chairs and Chaise Lounge chairs to soak up the sun. Backyard has plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy with a large deck with huge couch, dining table, umbrella, and outdoor BBQ grill.
Beautiful white sandy beach, no cars, kid-friendly, classic summer living at the beach!! Everything you need is already available to you, all kitchen items, washer and dryer, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and more!
Weekly rental: Check in on Monday at 4:00 P.M. and Check Out is on Sunday at 10:00 A.M.
This home is only accessible by ferry. There is paid parking at the ferry. There is a strict noise policy for this home: Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. set by the Village of Ocean Beach. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Small dogs may be allowed, if approved, at an extra cost, however, due to allergies no cats are allowed.
You can call or text at 631-771-0986 or [email protected]. To rent you must be 30 years old, sign a rental agreement and provided me with a copy of your state issued ID. This person must be on premises AT ALL TIMES and will be issued the key.

Our small group of family and friends had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Sunny Day Chalet! I highly recommend this
beach house as it was incredibly comfortable, clean, well stocked and a one minute walk from the beach. We loved the backyard deck, BBQ grill and outdoor furniture as well
as the front yard sitting area. Thank you to Sue, the owner, for ensuring that we had a perfect stay. :-)

Sunny Day Chalet was a perfect beach house for our family! Location was perfect, just 3 houses away from the beach and easy walk to town for shopping and restaurants. Awesome outdoor shower and big back deck with table that we could have some family and friends come by to sit outside. Look forward to visiting again!
