The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, gas stove, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (50 l, freezer), toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Ližnjan. The studio is located on a 630 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments PULLIZ023 and PULLIZ024 (each for 4 people) and PULLIZ025 (6 people) are in the same house. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
