About this house rental
Charming terraced house with private garden, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac. The large, fine sandy beach is accessible on foot or by free shuttle. The seaside promenade offers splendid views: on the land side, pretty Art Nouveau villas; on the sea side, the horizon animated by sailboats and fishing boats. Located in the bay of Saint-Brieuc, one of the most beautiful in the Côtes d'Armor, the resort hosts a typical market every Tuesday with fresh fish, Breton vegetables, and local specialties.
Le Val-André includes the hilltop village of Pléneuf and Dahouët, a former fishing port now a marina. Golf, tennis, horseback riding, water sports, a swimming pool, and bike rentals complete the leisure activities. In the surrounding area, discover Lamballe, Moncontour, Dinan, and numerous seaside resorts. Don't miss Cap Fréhel, the Emerald Coast, Saint-Malo, Cancale, and Dinard.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Non smoking accommodation. No dog allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Final cleaning by the guest. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted
