This charming two-story home features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, with an inviting open floor plan. Minimum reservation of 6 night required, per HOA.

-Dining table seats 8, kitchen bar seats 2
-Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove!
-Accommodate 8 guests
-Flat screen smart/tv in living room
-In unit washer and dryer
-Quiet neighborhood
-Patio furniture on front porch and drive way
-Walking distance to some local restaurants, as well as a close drive to Historic Downtown Fernandina
-We also rent out the home located right next door for larger family trips!
Each bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each sink in unit will come with handsoap, as well as bath, hand, and wash rags.
Your reservation will include a starter pack of dish detergent and laundry detergent pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand/wash rags for dishes, dish soaps, and a sponge.
Pets may be considered for long-term bookings (30 nights or more) on a case-by-case basis, with approval, message for more details. Additional fees do apply.

Nearby, renowned dining spots like Sliders, The Surf, and Sandbar await, while the ocean beckons just across Fletcher Avenue. Eato Chef, a mobile restaruant with outdoor seating, is located steps from the property! Amazing area to walk around, comfortably situated in an amazing part of the island. Short drive to Historic Downtown as well as beaches like Main and American Beach!
Getting Around:
Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all. Rent a golfcart and enjoy endless cruising around the island! When you're all finished, park in your two-car garage!

I have not stayed off the beach in Fernandina before and was very skeptical about renting this place. I was very impressed with how well it turned out. The house is very nice and clean. The short walk to the beach was not bad at all and actually much closer than some condos we have stayed in. We will definitely recommend this place to other family and friends.

Having stayed in another VRBO property right next to this one as it was being built I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it listed and available during our time in Fernandina. Very nicely done, house is beautiful. Will be adding to my 1st choice list for the next time around.

Initial listing was wrong called and provided a correction on bathroom being a 2 & 1/2 bath. Property Manager was confused by this. Also large house with limited paper product so bring your own. Very nice house just mismanaged. VRBO site said 11am checkout, book in house said 11 AM checkout as verified by multiple adult guest and day planned around that timing. Aggressive house keeper showed up and started ushering us out of house at 10AM (and hours early). Been using VRBO for close to 10 years now and this is my first negative experience or review. I would suggest property owners replace property manager as they are not proving good service.
