The well-restored natural stone walls and the extraordinary stairwell with its magnificent stone spiral staircase are impressive. From the living room, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the terrace above and the surrounding landscape through a high bay window. In total, 200 m² of living space offers plenty of room for a large family or small group. The fourth bedroom with en suite bathroom is located in an annex that can be accessed from inside via a utility room or from outside via the courtyard. You are the sole occupant of this beautiful property, which consists of the renovated holiday home and several outbuildings. The magnificent bay of Térenez and the first sandy beaches are just a few minutes away on foot or by bike (1.4 km).
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. The fireplace / stove shown in the photos cannot be used, it is only used for decoration. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
