Great fun! Children, grandchildren and one infant. Fun place. Needs an electric can opener. The hand opener is hard to operate. Only had one roll of paper towels. We had 10 adults and one infant.

Our stay at Blackberry Jam was exactly what we expected. Plenty of room for 2 families to share. The kids enjoyed the game room upstairs, the fishing pond and the hot tub. The adults loved the campfires, the wrap around porch and the views! We will for sure rent again from here when we make it back to Oklahoma.

This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. The upstairs bunkroom and game/TV area along with the outside playground and games were a hit with the kids ages 7-13. Inside was very comfortable, nicely decorated and extremely clean even though it is a pet friendly property (we had 2 dogs with us). Large porch with fireplace, hot tub and multiple sitting areas was great! Nice property on a large lot, quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again!
