Your luxurious holiday home "FIRST im FIRST" with four exceptionally and individually designed penthouse flats is in a prime location in Sellin's Wilhelmstraße, the magnificent promenade with villas from the original period of spa architecture and directly in front of the famous Sellin pier.
"Sea & More" - Here you float above the sea!
From the loggia, you can see as far as the Orizont, where the sky sinks into the sea, or the chalk coast. The living area, designed with large French windows, offers a unique view of the sea and the high shore. On the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun and the view of the garden with pool and a beech forest. The indoor pool and saunas on the level above the flat can be reached via a staircase or the lift.
The very spacious living/dining area (approx. 97 m²) is equipped with a high-quality kitchen with cooking island, natural stone worktop and Bosch appliances. The living area also features luxurious furniture by Cassina, Minotti, B&B italia, Zanotta, Dedon and Thonet, among others.
"Meer & Mehr" has two bedrooms, which are furnished with box-spring beds from Schramm and wardrobes from Poliform. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a very large, floor-level shower. A further bathroom with bath and shower is located opposite the second bedroom. The bathrooms feature high-quality Dornbracht fittings and elegant bathroom objects from Villeroy & Boch.
The entire flat has underfloor heating under an oak floor. The living area and both bedrooms are equipped with Samsung full HD TVs.

Note on construction activity in the neighbourhood:
The "Kurhaus" on the opposite side of Wilhelmstraße to FIRST has been demolished in recent months. New construction work is currently underway, which - depending on the nature of the current work - could have a greater or lesser impact on the neighbourhood. According to information from the local authority, construction work is permitted on weekdays between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm.
We have therefore already taken a corresponding "building site discount" into account in this year's pricing. This applies to all four of our penthouse flats, even if they are likely to be affected differently due to their respective locations.
Unfortunately, we have no knowledge of the progress or progress of the construction work and of course we cannot influence it.
