The property sits on a 15,000 m² estate with a communal garden and pavilions for relaxation. Schulenbrook belongs to the municipality of Metelsdorf and is a quiet suburb of Wismar, surrounded by unspoiled nature. The region offers several nature parks waiting to be explored, and the Baltic Sea beaches of Wismar Bay and Lake Schwerin are easily accessible by car. Highlights included: All utilities included Parking Activities nearby: Enjoy top-notch leisure activities at the Wonnemar water park in Wismar. The Hanseatic city is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Characterized by its harbor and fishing industry, lovingly restored townhouses, market square, and numerous cafes and restaurants, this vibrant city is a wonderful destination for visitors of all ages. Families with children are especially encouraged to visit the grounds of the State Garden Show, which includes a zoo, adventure camp, and play barn. A visit to the state capital, Schwerin, is also highly recommended.
