Me and my long time best friend met here for a 2 day reunion with our family’s. There were 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. I selected this house because of the outdoor play equipment for the kids and nice outdoor area for the adults. Unfortunately, the only thing the kids could play on was the trampoline because the swingset and outdoor toys were covered in spiderwebs. The porch was also covered. I understand this is in the PA woods but these spiderwebs were very established and covered everything outside. All the reviews said it was extremely clean with plenty for the kids to do, so I assumed the swingset would be usable. The inside of the home was clean enough, but could definitely use a deep clean as there was dust/grime on a lot of less obvious surfaces such as the kitchen stereo, ceilings and fans. There was also not a broom at the house, so we were not able to sweep the floors during our stay. I was also disappointed in the transparency of this listing regarding community amenities. The pools, playground, and beach are all listed under amenities, but there is no disclaimer or note that the passes for these places are not included, and you have to pay to even go to the tiny community playground pictured in the listing. We opted to not spend the money for the passes and went on a nature walk instead. We made the best out of a disappointing booking and had a blast, but I definitely think the listing and home need an update and an indoor/outdoor deep clean.
