4330 Shorewalk lakeview condo close to IMG and Beach

It was clean, it had a pool, AC was great, the kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms were clean, the sheets and towels smelled great, and you did not doubt it was clean. It was really wonderful, and very comfortable.

The shower water pressure in the master bathroom was low, and the water temp in the guest bathroom did not keep hot water for long. The ice maker put ice out, but it leaked water on the floor and froze all the ice together. It could use some ceiling fans, BUT there were fans provided, which was nice.

The pool and hot tub were excellent. The apartment was clean and comfortable enough. With a few minor changes, I would have given it a 10. But we enjoyed our stay, and I didn't find anything bad enough to complain.

One bedroom had absolutely no lights. I had to move a lamp from the living room to that bedroom. Bulbs were out in other lamps. The kitchen sink didn't appear to have hot water. Needed more towels. There was only a small piece of used sponge to clean kitchen. Some outlets didn't work properly. There was only one round metal pan to use in the oven making it hard to cook much in the oven. The master bedroom had no cord connecting the t.v. to the box making the t.v. unusable. The fridge door didn't shut well. You have to make sure to shut it good.

Fridge making loud noise; iron was not working, had to purchase a new one to iron my clothes.

The property was clean and virtually all other facilities failed to reach our expectations, the apartment was old and shabby, the door to the outside seating area was secured with a old plank of wood, due to the lock not working, the internet and the TV were not working, however the management company did quickly respond quickly to our call, the bathrooms were rusty, the water supply to the ensuite shower room was very slow, resulting in having to use the family bathroom, a few of the lights were inoperative, the bedding was very, very old and several of the window blinds were inoperative.
