An apartment in the perfect spot for summer or winter activities

Small apartment in the perfect spot for summer or winter activities in Cervinia! It has 2 separate rooms and bathrooms with a basic but useful kitchen corner. The best thing about this apartment it its location - it's right on the hiking trail and literally steps aways from the cable car! If you go outside of the building - the view is spectacular! It's in the walking distance to town center with all needed supplies.

Things to remember: - Bathrooms and specifically showers are on the smaller side - was not a problem for us, but worth to consider if you are big ;) - There is almost always more cars than parking slots - but if you are patient you will find a spot :) - The view is splendid but only if you go outside - the apartment windows are pointing to the other direction

The perfect location for your family vacation at Breuil-Cervinia

Amazing option for our family (4) trip! Very comfortable and well located apartment, just a few steps from the Gondola. Owner/Manager also very supportive, kind and responsive.

Great location for skiing, good space for 4, nice host, older somewhat quirky apt. building.

Excellent location - 50 meters from the gondola and cable car to Plan Maison and 5 minutes to supermarket and pedestrian area. Host helpful, apartment was clean and reasonably modern furnished. Kitchen very well equipped including dish washer and detergent and other supplies. The apt is actually made from 2 former studios connected - has 2 bathrooms (rather basic) and that is very convenient for occupancy of 4. 2 ski lockers with 2 sets of keys allowed us to leave and return from the slopes at different times in a family of 4 without a lot of planning. Overall good value compared to what else was available when I booked. I did not find anything that looked better in a +/- 25% budget.

Apt was chilly the first night as it was not occupied before and temp was 18 degrees the whole night. from my experience with my vacation place I have to turn up the heat 24 hrs before getting there to have a good level of confort. The apt building is probably from the '70s and there are some shortfalls compared to more modern locations I've visited in other resorts but it's not really something that can be changed (bathroom ventilations, size of kitchen etc...).

it was nice and clean, comfortable beds. Located a few min walk from the cable car. Owner is amazing. Answers all the questions you might have literally in a few seconds. Always there if you need him.

Great choice for ski holidays in Cervinia.

Comfortable connected studio apartments, spotless clean, great location, wonderful windows with mountain view and a very friendly host.

bedside lights are missing and double sofa bed is a little uncomfortable for two adults.

Very good! But there are minor things to do to make it even better.

Very nice apartments. New nice house. 2 separate storage boxes for equipment at the bottom floor, and 4 keys. 2 keys for each room with separate entrance. Dish washing machine and 2 kitchens!

No hair dryer in both bathrooms After ride you shall go upstairs for ~5-7 min up to the mountain. Be ready for that! To make a dish you need to use both kitchens, because one has a fridge and another has dish washing machine. But both has hobs.

Ottima soluzione per chi ama sciare a Cervinia

Bellissimo appartamento con due camere e due bagni (esatto 2 bagni <3 ) . Posizione strategica a due passi dagli impianti. C'e' anche la lavastovigle. Belisismo il fatto di avere due armadi nella ski room cosi in 4 c'e' stato tutto molto comodo.

L'unico appunto che posso fare sono i piumoni che secondo noi erano un po stretti, nel senso che non era facile restare coperti ahahaha.

V to stanovanje bi se še vrnil.

Lokacija je OK, stanovanje je bilo čisto in funkcionalno, prijetno za bivanje, gospodar je zelo prijazen.

Mene osebno moti, da temperatura se ne dvigne nad 20.5 stopinj celzija, doma smo navajeni na več, internet je matal velikokrat ven kar nas je motilo

Mega wyjazd w mega apartamencie. Polecam dla trzech osób.

Mega gospodarz, wszystko na miejscu, blisko do wyciągów, super skiboxy, dwie łazienki w apartamencie. Z pewnością wrócę kiedyś.

Za mało przyborów kuchennych - noże specjalistyczne, tłuczka do mięsa. Niestety także korki wysiadają mając włączone trzy blaty grzewcze.

Puiki vieta, prie pat keltuvo. Apartamentai tikrai patogūs ir tvarkingi, du vonios kambariai, tiesa viena lova dviaukštė, bet patgi. Šeimyninkas labai malonus, kadangi atvykome naktį dave aiškius nurodymus kaip rasti apartamentus. Yra vieta automobiliui, prie pat apartamentų durų. Viskas super , ačiū už patogumus :)
