Apartman je lijepo uređen i udoban. Objekt je odlično izoliran te unutra nije vruće iako su vani ekstremne temperature.
Apartman nije detaljno očišćen. Kuhalo je bilo puno kamenca, šalice zaprljane od kave, u ladici je bilo mrvica od kruha, prozori zamrljani i paučina po njima. Utičnice u kupaonici ne rade. Na tv-u su samo njemački i austrijski programi. Vlasnik je nedostupan, nismo ga niti upoznali jer nam je netko drugi predao ključeve i pokazao nam apartman (pretpostavljamo susjed). Ta osoba nam je rekla da možemo koristiti roštilj, kao što je i navedeno u oglasu, no roštilj je bio zaključan i nismo imali pristup. Nije iskomunicirano s nama gdje ćemo ostaviti ključeve prilikom odjave. Kontaktirali smo s vlasnikom samo prije prijave u apartman, nakon toga više nije odgovarao na poruke (naveo je kako je to željeni način komunikacije). Također, nitko nas nije tražio nikakve dokumente niti podatke tako da naš boravak niti nije prijavljen.
