Lovely stay in call neighbourhood with speciál treat for guests and close to the train to Pisa and Florence (only 15mins

It was lovely thanks to the host - very nice stay. You can see that they care a lot - about quality of accommodation and quests. Free gratitude was appreciated. Good starting destinatuons for trips around - two parking lots :)

Only minus is that air condition wasnt everywhere - only two bedrooms but still awesome.

Amazing service, very clean and super comfortable house with AMAZING hosts.

I can’t say enough about how great the hosts were. They were so accommodating. They left lots of goodies for us so we didn’t have to go to the store. They brought us fresh eggs from their chickens and milk in the morning. They even called a restaurant for us to make a reservation at their favorite restaurant. It was amazing.

So much better than expected. Booked the villa for its location, found a lovely Italian style house, clean, with all the amenities one needs to have a comfortable stay. After a day spent on the beach or site sightseeing was such a treat to return to the quiet and fresh cool villa. The host, Luca, such a lovely person, we arrived late and he waited for us, made sure we had a good stay and had useful information to share about the location.

Nice and comfortable for a family of 5.

The house itself is fine, just as advertised. The same with the location. The owners are super friendly. We had an unfortunate emergency at night, and we got the help we needed.

The kitchen is fine, but it could use with some extra equipment. Like a bread knife. And a cutting board. A few small touches like that, and everything would be perfect.

Very considerate and nice owner. Lovely house. Ideal for Family.

We just had a very pleasant staying in that house. When we arrived on that evening Mr. and Mrs showed their hospitality with snacks and cooled drinks. They even prepared us fresh eggs for the next morning! As a family with 2 kids, the house is really big enough for us. Not new but everything is very clean, well-equipped and well-maintained. We could find almost all things necessary for life. Washmachine and dishwasher helped a lot! Terrace is lovely to sit and chill. The basement is spacious, we enjoyed dining and watching UEFA there, much cooler and very comfortable when outside temperature is warmer than 30 degrees Celsius, turned out to be our favorite place to relax during our staying. :)

Alles in einem war ich von der Sauberkeit des kleinen Reihenhauses beeindruckt und die Nähe zum See und Meer.

Sehr, sehr sauber war die sauberste Unterkunft auf unserem Trip in der Toskana. Küche gut ausgestattet, sogar Kekse und Getränke bereitgestellt für uns. Bäder waren neu und sauber. Netter, freundlicher Empfang vom Vermieter. Schnell am See, zu Fuß 10-15 Minuten Schnell am Meer, ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto

La vacanza perfetta per la famiglia.

L'appartamento è molto bello, dotato di ogni confort ed attrezzatissimo, con graditissimi omaggi per il soggiorno; la posizione è perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo di interesse (mare, lago, autostrade, etc). Luca, l'host, è stata la ciliegina sulla torta: ci siamo sentiti a dir poco coccolati perché cordiale, disponibile, gentile, premuroso... praticamente impeccabile. Consigliamo vivamente a tutti il soggiorno in questa struttura!

Luca egy nagyon kedves, rugalmas, figyelmes szállásadó, rengeteg mindennel várt minket, hűtött italok, snackek, kávé, stb. A szállás nagyon jó és csendes helyen volt, gyönyörű és jól felszerelt, minden igényt kielégített. Kényelmes ágyak, több klíma, ízléses berendezés, hátsó terasz, mosási lehetőség. Pár perc sétára volt egy szép tó, ahová esténként ki lehet ülni egy pohár italra. A tenger 5 perc kocsival, az autópálya és autóút is pár percre van, boltok is 10 perc sétával elérhetőek.

È stato un week end fantastico. Il signor Luca è stato di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità che mai mi è capitata prima. La casa è fantastica, molto comoda e dotata di tutti i confort di cui si possa avere bisogno. Ve li consiglio!!!!!

Für das Puccini-Festival suchten wir eine Unterkunft in der Nähe des Theaters. Die Wohnung, ein blitzsauberes Haus auf drei Etagen, war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, der Check-in problemlos und die Vermieter fürsorglich und jederzeit erreichbar. Absolut empfelhlenswert! Stata vacanza stupenda in una bella casa!

Cass bella e pulita. In omaggio c’erano bibite, biscotti e vino. Proprietario molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Alla fine di soggiorno ha regalato il prosecco. Casa consigliata. Torneremo!
