This apartment is on the first floor of a building with another apartment underneath. The actual apartment is beautiful when you get inside with amazing views over Arcachon bay. The kitchen has everything you need to make your meals. The bed is extremely comfortable. Lovely rainfall shower. You have access to the beach via the terrace below, which is used by the apartment underneath.

The staircase leading up to the apartment is quite steep. We were lucky, that for the first 4 nights of our stay, there were 2 ladies staying in the apartment below and they were very quiet. On our last evening a group of 5 people checked in to the apartment below. They arrived quite late about 8-9 pm and they were very noisy and the same again at about 8am when they were having breakfast on the terrace the next morning. Check out time is 10am and at 9am when we were just loading the car, the cleaner turned up, to clean the apartment. We weren’t quite ready to leave but then felt very pressured to get out.

L'appartement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce et sur les photos. Très confortable et très bien équipé. La literie est top. La vue sur l'océan est extraordinaire. Les levers de soleil sont fabuleux. Le stationnement devant la maison est très pratique. Pénélope est très disponible et amoureuse de cette région. Elle est de bons conseils et très gentille. Nous reviendrons sans problème.
