Spacious and comfortable rooms with a great breakfast

Good breakfast and kind staff. There were lots of restaurants around the area for dinner. The room was very clean and spacious.

The entry way was a the smoking area and there were lots of people vaping that we had to walk through to enter. The smoking area should be moved.

I booked the hotel through booking.com and my reservation was not available when I arrived. I showed them my confirmation #, yet it was not in their system. I had to wait another 1/2 hr for a night manager to arrive to make a room available for me.

Apathetic workers need shake up

room was very nice

we arrived to overflowing trash cans every where. Spoke to evening front desk and employee vacuuming lobby. they acknowledged overflowing trash cans but we woke up to cans still overflowing. Monday am staff much more responsive. Front desk and breakfast attendant had front can emptied.

OK but rooms don't get cleaned.

The location and the room were convenient.

We stayed in a suite for 6 nights. They never came to clean it. They only came once we called them to (after the second night), and did not come again. We had 3 senior citizens staying with us. It was hard for them to feel comfortable in a room with slippery floors and limited toiletries. I asked for help 3 consecutive days, until the person at the reception told me to email the manager. I did so, but never got a response or an apology. Of course, we never placed a "do not disturb" sign on the door, and were very explicit about neeeding the room to be tidied up daily. There were 5 people staying in this suite.

Disgusting

The front desk staff was nice and friendly. They need new cleaning staff. My bed had MOLD on it and a weird nasty looking yellow stain, the shower was dirty, the floors weren’t vacuumed or cleaned correctly, the coffee lids were bigger than the coffee cups provided, none of the room trash cans had bags in them, the fridge was dirty, the shower head was dirty too, the room did not have a nice view. I was in a room next to the ice maker and I couldn’t sleep due to the ice machine noise. I took pictures and videos. I’m shock and I couldn’t believe they would receive guest with how the room looked like. I wanted to LOVE this experience but I couldn’t. I was told they couldn’t give me my money back because it’s from a third party but I wish I could get my money back. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they update all their beddings and cleaning staff.

We especially enjoyed the staff, both front desk and guest services. The morning breakfast was varied and ample. The swimming pool was small but enjoyable.

Location was great.

Our toilet was was clogged upon arrival to our room. The lady at the front gave me the plunger to fix it myself. Also booked a crib online and then when we arrived she stated they don’t have them at this location.

Location close to Notre Dame- excellent Breakfast great variety, but sometimed were out of items. Staff was great as to supplying substitutes in a timely fashion. Most of itvwas due to short staff.

I ask for house keeping, but did not get house kerping everyday as requested. Again, due to short staffing.

Had to switch rooms because shower handle was broke. Got to second room and TV didn’t work. Only one employee working at night so no one was able to help you. Hotel pool was tiny and no pool towels available. Tried to over charge when I arrived. Changed rate of room to $70 more than what I was quoted at booking.com. Tried to speak to manager when we checked out and she said don’t want to breath on you I just threw up. Not in a good area

Terrible service and upkeep of facility.

The customer service was terrible. Asked for towels 2 times. Was put on a "wait list" for towels. Never got any. Went down to the front desk at 7pm. Received towels but was told I had to bring the dirty towels back down to the front desk. When you have kids returning dirty towels to the front desk is the last thing you want to do at 7pm. Also, all the luggage carts wheels were flat and only 1 dry was working in the laundry area. The rest were "out of order". We reported everything to the front desk upon checking out. Nothing was their fault. All we heard were excuses for why things happened.

Location was great. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was large, and the shower pressure was great. Notre Damn was very close if you wanted to check that out, so was Red Bud Motocross track. We would stay there again if in the area.

Pool was small. I had 4 kids with me and that was all there was room for. (Sports teams would not be pleased)

Clean and modern

Modern, super clean and spacious - very spacious suite. Beds and pillows excellent. Room was like brand new and very few travelers staying here. A few fast food restaurants within short walking distance. I am hard to please when it comes to hotel cleanliness but def no complaints here
