Καθαρό, άνετο και ωραίο σημείο. Κοντά στο mall Athens και στον ηλεκτρικό.
Η βοή του αυτοκινητόδρομου. Λογικό αφού η αττική οδός περνάει από κάτω.

Καθαριότητα, χώροι, πρόσβαση σε καταστήματα και συγκοινωνία (μόλς 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια).
Λόγω της οδικής σήμανσης (κυκλοφοριακές ρυθμίσεις) μπορεί κάποιος να οδηγήσει μόνο προς μια κατεύθυνση γύρω από το διαμέρισμα. Προς την αντίθετη κατεύθυνση μπορείς να πας μόνο με τα πόδια, διαφορετικά πρέπει να οδηγήσει κάποιος μεγάλη απόσταση για να "γυρίσει πίσω". Κλιματισμός (A/C) υπήρχε μόνο στο σαλόνι, και όχι στα υπνοδωμάτια (εκεί υπήρχαν μόνο ανεμιστήρες).

Location was good, close to the Athens Mall and the main roads.
The underground parking is a "BIG" +!
Great to have an elevator.
The general furnishings were really outdated and old.
The lounge furniture, in particular, was old and very uncomfortable (back-breaking, really).
There was no hand soap in the kitchen.
There were various "left-over, it seems" shampoos, etc., in the shower that were filled to varying levels, and there was no shower gel/soap.
The host NEVER once contacted us to establish if all was ok, etc.
