Summary:
A perfect getaway for wine lovers and nature seekers alike, this stunningly modern home is set in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region. Nestled in the exclusive Wilyabrup Vineyard Estate, this beautifully appointed retreat offers a spacious deck overlooking the lake, and seamless access to world-class wineries and breweries. Enjoy nearby beaches, cosy evenings by the fire, and every modern comfort, including WiFi and air conditioning throughout.
The Space:
Piper is a contemporary sanctuary for families, perfectly positioned to take in breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding bushland. The open-plan living area features elegant seating, a cosy wood-burning fireplace, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. A smart TV and high-speed WiFi ensure entertainment and connectivity.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek cabinetry, stone benchtops, a 900mm oven with gas hotplates, and a Nespresso machine, making it ideal for preparing gourmet meals. The dining area, with its large wooden table, opens directly to the outdoor deck, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Step outside to an expansive covered deck, complete with a BBQ, comfortable seating, and uninterrupted lake views. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a beach day.
Four well-appointed bedrooms each offer their own charm. The primary and second bedrooms each offer a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The third bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, while the fourth is perfect for children, with two bunk beds. A third shared bathroom serves bedrooms three and four with a bathtub and shower.
A dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer adds convenience. Parking is available on-site.
A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Several of our holiday homes are located close together in the same area just off Caves Road, centred around a peaceful lake. This makes them ideal for larger groups or families travelling together, allowing guests to stay nearby while still enjoying their own space. Explore these properties: Bonnie, Charlie Bravo, Lang Chalet, Piper, Wilyabrup Waters. Please note that Bonnie and Piper can also be booked together as a combined option, listed as Bonnie & Piper.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Great layout of the house and nice furnishings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you. Small things requiring maintenance include the dishwasher (drawers are missing rollers so it is hard to use), vacuum doesn’t have much suction power, and the wifi drops out a lot (which makes it hard to play music through the soundbar)

I stayed at this beautiful property with 3 friends during the week and we had the best time! This property is so cute, very spacious and situated in a lovely secluded area but still within driving distance to all the best spots down south. The bed was so comfy and the kitchen was perfect for cooking - we made dinner together every night and it was wonderful. I would highly recommend booking this property!
