Beautiful Holiday Home with Private Pool for 6 in Jávea, Balcón al Mar – Walking Distance to Casa Pepe Restaurant
This charmingly decorated holiday home is perfect for a family or three couples. The very spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and several seating areas offers plenty of space to enjoy meals together or relax after a dip in the private pool. Around the pool, you’ll find sun loungers for sunbathing or resting in the shade of one of the parasols. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower, and for your convenience, one of the bathrooms has a toilet that can also be accessed directly from the terrace.
The property is just 200 meters from Casa Pepe restaurant, so you can easily walk out the door for a coffee, a delicious lunch, or dinner. Nearby, you’ll also find a few other restaurants, a small supermarket, and other amenities. The beautiful coves of La Baracca and La Granadella, with their pebble beaches and crystal-clear water, are about a 10-minute drive away. The sandy Arenal beach, with its lively promenade, shops, bars, and restaurants, is approximately 12 minutes by car.

A beautifully appointed villa with all the practicalities. The house was spotless and the pool area has an array of furniture and umbrellas, making for a really pleasant stay. The beds were really comfortable which can be a rarity in holiday rentals. The owners were quick to address any questions or concern we had (minor niggles). We wouldn't hesitate to book there again.

Hallo,
das Haus ansich ist echt toll und die Aussenanlage ist auch echt super. Wir waren im April da und es war noch recht kalt. Leider kann man nur über die Klimananlage heizen und die funktionierte leider nicht. Die Agentur hat sich aber super um uns gekümmert und uns 2 weitere Heizkörper reingestellt. So ging es dann. Leider mussten wir bei der Abreise feststellen, dass in einem Schlafzimmer direkt am Bett eine sehr große Wandfläche und das Bett am Kopfende total verschimmelt war. Das ist natürlich nicht gut und auch sehr gesundheitsschädigend.
Abschließendes Resumee:
Tolles Haus für den Sommer, klasse Agentur die das Haus betreut (super zuverlässig und sehr nett) aber nichts für die kältere Jahreszeit.
