Adorable beach house in Carolina Dunes in Duck! "Coast of Carolina" offers everything you need for the perfect Outer Banks vacation! An 850 ft walk to the beach access, this house is conveniently located in Northern Duck and has community sound access with a pier which is perfect for viewing gorgeous sunsets, as well as for fishing and crabbing! The hot tub is a welcome treat for long soothing soaks at the end of the day!

Lovely wraparound decks, a covered porch, and a rooftop deck provide shade, sunbathing, and dining areas for everyone! The screened porch is perfect for morning breakfasts, afternoon snacks, family dinners, or nighttime cocktails!
Top level: The top level, which overlooks the Great Room, is where you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed, and a full hall bathroom. There are TVs in every bedroom!
Middle level: The mid-level has a welcoming Great Room with TV/DVD, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, screened porch, front deck with comfy seating, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a bedroom with a queen, and a full hall bath!
Bottom Level: On the ground level, there is plenty of parking for 5 cars, two outside showers, a brand-new hot tub, a laundry room, a hammock, a charcoal grill, and a picnic table!
There's more!!! This house offers high-speed internet, a high chair, a pack and play, baby gates, and a basketball hoop, and your pets are welcome!

My family and I had a fantastic time in Duck and in “Coast of Carolina.” The walk to the beach was easy, and Duck was a quick bike-ride away. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and the decks were well used.
It was a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

The house and location is exactly as listed. A short walk from the beach but was very close to the town of Duck, just a short ride away. However, I did not have a good experience with the property management team and cleanliness. Upon arrival there were dead bugs all over the ground... which if it was just cleaned I'm sure they would of noticed that? Then noticed the fridge was leaking. So I reached out to housekeeping within the timeframe asked and they said they would come by at 7:00. So we went to the grocery store and when we came back at 6:15 there was a written note stating that since we were not there when they came by there is nothing they could do? Very frustrating. I called maintenance about the fridge and they started to instruct me to "move the fridge and look for..." I promptly stated I physically cannot move a fridge and that I was on vacation. I was then told the matter could be dealt with the next day. The maintenance man listened to me complain about the bugs as well and he assured me he would talk with the management team and get it all resolved. He came by the next day and fixed the issue with the fridge but we never heard back from the office about the bugs. I ended up cleaning up the bugs myself. The house is obviously old and loved, but again looks exactly like the listing with great location. But, the issues upon arrival and cleanliness concerns turned us off immediately.
