The heated drive leads you to the heated garage equipped with bike racks, sleds, ample gear hooks, and a boot and glove dryer to keep everything warm and ready for your next adventure. Feel free to spend all your energy on the trails, as covered walkways lead you from the garage to the front door in less than 10 steps. The gear-friendly entryway is thoughtfully designed with bins and plenty of hooks to keep all your gear organized. The full sized washer and dryer are available to keep your gear fresh and clean. The private hot tub is great for soaking those sore muscles, and the private corner patio is ideal for viewing Peak 10 and Mount Baldy while having your morning coffee, enjoying afternoon snacks, or warming up the grill. The comfy sofas and gas fireplace are perfect for cozying up with a good book or watching a movie.

This property is an excellent location to ski and enjoy downtown Breckenridge. The condo is well equipped with everything you will need. We were five adults. Plenty of space. The furnishings are in need of updating. The couches appear soiled and rugs and bed spreads in need of a through cleaning.

We put the place to the test and enjoyed every inch of what it had to offer. There were 10 in our group from teens to adults. It was so nicely maintained, the kitchen had everything you would need…even a cheese grater, crock pot, and an electric hot water pot. It was an easy shot to Main Street and so walkable. The heated garage for a car and ski equipment was perfect! The hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes and beds were comfy. The only suggestion I would have is to have more towels. That was our only challenge with 10 people trying to use the hot tub and shower with no extra towels. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. We all loved our stay here!

Great location but when we we’re leaving someone came to clean out the hot tub water and mentioned they hadn’t cleaned it in a very long time which is kind of gross. Other than that amazing place.
