    We didn’t expect a large room being Japan, and although the beds were small, they were incredibly comfy with beautiful fresh and clean linen. The room is compact but has everything you need. The laundry facilities are a bonus. Good location with several quick eating spots in surrounding areas. Lovely and quiet area!!!

    We stayed at this hotel and found the rooms to be much more spacious compared to other options in Tokyo. Our room comfortably accommodated four people, making the stay very pleasant. The staff were consistently friendly and courteous, and the location was convenient—just about a 10‑minute walk from the train station.

    Was requested the room for non-smoking 1 month in advance and end up with smoking room and told that it's fully book.The receptionist wasn't attentive at all. If only they notify that they don't have non smoking room, we could find another place! The room so smells even we turn on the air purifier and open the window, it's still on the pillow and bed sheets. They need bettwr communication. It's 2 star hotel after all but they still doing service. Be better!
