Fit for family, it was not hotel room. it was flat for five persons. clean and neat

The 2 bedroom app was amazing. The rooms are huge same as the bathrooms. The living area has a great sea view and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a laundryroom with a washing machine and dryer which were very handy as we were coming from another 2 weeks of intens travelling. You also have access to the pool and beach that is shared with the rest of the building residents. If you want to order something from the hotel bars you can do it and you have also a 20%discount. I highly recommend it especially for a large group or family with kids.

Think well if you plan to visit the city or just relax at the pool/beach. The location is at the end of the Palm so at least 30-40min to reach anywhere and almost 50-60AED for each taxi ride. Uber is way more expensive.

Clean, luxurious, good value, private, great beach, good staff.

wish it had an on-site mini market to purchase water, soda, snacks, etc.

Very nice place to rest, have fun and enjoy sea/pool with the family in a very nice environment. Though ut was just 30 min away from our house. Thank you Eden's Dubai (Kris) and Rixos Apartments, we will definitely come back without hesitation.
