Very responsive staff when handing over the keys. We had exchanged messages through whatsapp days prior to organise the meeting. Good location being in the centre of Jogja. I like the overall house setting, the outdoor area is super cute and it feels homey. The host handled our complaint very well. The AC in the second bedroom was not working and the host was very helpful. They sent an AC technician to fix the problem. Then, we found out it could not be fixed straight away so the host helped us to get an alternative hotel for the second bedroom's guests.
No parking, it was inconvenient having to pay extra to leave the car. If I may suggest it could be better to include the parking in the price of the stay. Secondly, the bathroom. You have to walk through the main bedroom if you need to go to the bathroom. Even though there was a toilet downstairs, it hardly got used as it was all the way downstairs and the squatting toilet was not suitable for my elderly parents who stayed in the second bedroom.

it was a good location, spacious apartment, friendly staff
it wasn’t clean, the litter bans (also the bathroom) weren’t cleaned so there was stuff from the previous guests in there. And just stains in the bathroom as well. Didn’t bother us that much but it’s not that nice
