Very responsive host who immediately sent cleaners and fixed a broken door after we reached out. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to "Praça do Pôr do Sol", which offers an amazing viewpoint and is a great spot for outdoor sports.
Rough start with cleanliness issues at check-in (unclean bathroom mirror, musty smell, stains). One bedroom door didn't close properly upon arrival. The offered 50% refund of the cleaning fee felt like a joke considering the initial state of the room. Not much within walking distance; you definitely need Uber or iFood for supermarkets and restaurants.
