I had the best experience ever. I was well received and the lady at the reception was amazing and she received me with respect and her English was perfect and the check in was amazing and Fast. The Staff are smart , welcoming and caring for the comfort and well being of the guests especially the ladies that works at the Reception. The place is Quiet and there are posts inside to direct the guest in all ways possible. The Room was as shown in the pics and described , the room was clean and nice looking and the staff consistently came to clean and to change the towels. To be honest, this was the best experience and each time I visit cluj , this the right place to be. I will never forget how they helped me as a student in locating my university. VILA VIDALIS , THE TEAM. They are the best of the best From the best of the Rest.

Great location for exploring Cluj Old Town. Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, good shower, parking - although the car park is small and tight if it's full, at least it has got its own private off street parking and they let me leave the car there for the rest of the day after I'd checked out for a small charge. Great value for money.

Very good facilities and very nice staff. The price was very cheap (in my opinion).

The breakfast could start earlier, 7:30 was a little late for the appointments of my trip.
