F.T.P Luxury Rooms

This is a nice, comfortable hotel. The bed and pillows are wonderful, the air conditioning works well, and there's a parking lot with a canopy to keep the sun off. The towels are nice, and there are plenty of them. There are also feminine hygiene products and wet wipes. That's great. The window has blackout curtains, so you can sleep very well! The soundproofing is also good, so you can't hear the neighbors.

Please consider adding a closet with hangers or at least a folding drying rack where we can hang clothes that need to be washed or just store them. It’s very inconvenient to keep clothes in a suitcase or hang them on chairs and doors. There are so many decorative items in the room, and there are two empty corners (one of which has a huge mirror that, to be honest, isn’t really necessary), but there are no clothes hangers. The TV remote doesn't seem to be working either, and neither do almost all the channels. The TV displayed "No Signal," and only two channels were working. On World Cup day, that was really disappointing.

Good location. Very clean. Well-designed for a small apartment. Fast response from host and cleaner for electrical issue.

We wouldn't stay here for more than a night or two but we though the place was well-designed. There was an electrical issue where I got shocked while making coffee. It appears to be a faulty connection with the overhead vent and the kitchen's wiring. We informed the host who sent the cleaner over to check to make sure we were okay. It was not a regular kitchen as you might find in other apartments with a real stove but rather a toaster oven with two stove tops.

This has the potential to be a nice place for a short stay. It is excellently located, it has a small parking which is essential in Patras, in a very quiet neighborhood, has modern furnishings, and has a fabulous veranda. The owners were very responsive but weren't able to assist.

The main problem started as soon as we walked in and we sensed a strong smell of humidity and mould. It is clear that the balcony for is not properly fitted and there water has soaked the floorboards and kitchen. This needs some serious repairs. We contacted the owners but there is nothing they could do (they couldn't move us to another apartment). They mentioned that nobody else had complained before but I'll pay the pictures to show this is clearly not a recent thing. Apart from that, there are some essentials missing: no hairdryer, no wardrobe/closet (there is an open hanger which is suitable only for short stays), no coat hanger, there is a small kitchenette but there no pot to even cook pasta and the pan is tiny... The place has some promise but needs some work before one should consider staying there for a short stay even.
