A great short stay in Patra for a very good price. The house is super clean, with nice decorations and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is all new and attention is paid to the details of all the products inside. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in the city as it is in a very central, yet calm neighborhood with parking space- which is not easy to find in the area. A hanger for the clothes would be an added plus for someone who needs to stay for several days.

Location is excellent, especially with parking, very comfortable bed, spacious room with all required amenities.

This has the potential to be a nice place for a short stay. It is excellently located, it has a small parking which is essential in Patras, in a very quiet neighborhood, has modern furnishings, and has a fabulous veranda. The owners were very responsive but weren't able to assist.

The main problem started as soon as we walked in and we sensed a strong smell of humidity and mould. It is clear that the balcony for is not properly fitted and there water has soaked the floorboards and kitchen. This needs some serious repairs. We contacted the owners but there is nothing they could do (they couldn't move us to another apartment). They mentioned that nobody else had complained before but I'll pay the pictures to show this is clearly not a recent thing. Apart from that, there are some essentials missing: no hairdryer, no wardrobe/closet (there is an open hanger which is suitable only for short stays), no coat hanger, there is a small kitchenette but there no pot to even cook pasta and the pan is tiny... The place has some promise but needs some work before one should consider staying there for a short stay even.
