There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke that seemed to come from another apartment within the same building. Felt a bit mean having to pay extra for an iron.

Gorgeous spacious quality furnished apartment near to station, ski lifts and center of town.

Lovely apartment with quality furnishings and decor. Everything you need in a kitchen. Good shower with plenty of hot water. The sledging run finishes next to the apartment so we could ski down it to get home :) Walking distance to the center of town. Great tall garage for car with roofbox on.

The oven grill didn't want to come on, but the rest of the oven was fine. The shower hose is a bit short but minor issue. The apartment is three flights of steep stairs up from the garage so be prepared to haul your stuff up. It's a bit of a walk to the gondola in ski boots carrying skis, but there is a bus stop nearby.

Für Kleinkinder die früh ins Bett müssen gab es keine Möglichkeit die Zimmer richtig abzudunkeln. Es fehlte eindeutig ein Lift für die 3. Etage.

Ansprechende Ferienwohnung in einem älteren Haus. Wohnung soweit gut im Schuss, partiell renoviert, alles sauber. Gute Küchenausstattung. Aussicht zum Wald, sehr ruhig, nur Bachrauschen. Kategorisierung als *** adäquat. Fussläufig zum Bahnhof und Skilift. Eigener Aussenparkplatz. Schneeräumung gut organisiert.

Die Wohnung roch bei Ankunft stark nach abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch. Die Ursache wurde während dem Aufenthalt klar: aus einer anderen Wohnung im Haus zog immer wieder Zigarettengeruch durch das Treppenhaus in die Wohnung, da die Eingangstüre eine Schiebetüre ist und nicht gut abgedichtet hat. Es hat mehrere Tage, viel Lüften und eine halbe Flasche Arosa-Arven-Spray gebraucht, bis dieser sehr unangenehme Geruch halbwegs neutralisiert war. Für empfindliche Nasen eine grosse Herausforderung. Ansonsten: Badezimmer etwas eng. Und der Dampfabzug in der Küche könnte mal wieder gereinigt werden.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, administrativ hat auch alles vorbildlich geklappt.

Es fehlen Jalousien oder Verdunkelungsvorhänge. Im Sommer ist es dadurch schon sehr früh sehr hell in den Schlafräumen.
