I liked the peaceful location and the modernity of the house. Useful facilities such as outdoor tables and chairs and a bbq would make it a perfect place for a summer break. Plenty of very hot water for washing and showering.
We hit a cold snap for our 2 day stay and it seemed cold inside until we worked out how to use the air conditioning/ heating system. Our host was more than helpful, anyway, in clarifying the heating system. Maybe a small dining table with a few chairs in the living area, even a fold up table, could be useful. The amount of cutlery needs to be checked and updated, there were only two knives but plenty of spoons and forks! Possibly the knives have ‘walked’ in the past?!
