Exceptional

Great place, 2.5 km from the center, peace and quiet. There are no neighbors in the vicinity. The farm converted into apartments, everything super equipped and well-kept, cleanliness 10 points. The owners are very nice, Mrs. Beata was so nice and on the first day she drove us to the city and then picked us up. On the farm you can buy home-made eggs, jams, and all basic products, beer, wine, brandy, drinks and water. The whole farm is kept very clean, the swimming pond is great. As a farewell we got a homemade cake. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

We had a great time again at Landgut Wagnerfeld and will be coming back many more times!

The location is absolutely perfect. Amazing views of the Traunstein and Traunsee, only a few minutes away from Gmunden (a lovely little town by the lake) and also not far from larger cities such as Vöcklabruck (10-15 min by car) and Salzburg (40 min by car). Both in the summer and winter, there is so much to do and explore nearby; any length of stay won't feel quite long enough. The property is also very clean and comfortable, and the hosting family go out of their way to make guests feel at home. For example, on arrival, some delicious homemade cake and jam were waiting for us, and when we had an unexpected bout of snow, we were handed some winter gear and sledge for our daughter. There is much more to praise about this place, but i don't want to make it even more popular than it is already to make sure it doesn't book out too quickly.

There isn't anything not to like, but the apartment could do with a few minor modernisations/updates. For example, the TVs could be updated to smart TVs to allow guests to access e.g. netflix, disney+ etc and it would be nice to have some wifi/Bluetooth speakers in the main living area to connect to.

Beautiful!

Excellent! Very clean, relaxing, contemporary and a gem! Amazing views! Lovely family, cows and a great homemade jam and sweets. There are so many amenities to enjoy and it's a haven. Whether in the pool, sauna, wandering around the farm, relaxing on the sunbeds, in the courtyard or dining on the patio, it was a great place for quiet, relaxation, and appreciating nature! Whilst I had to work alot, it was great to experience what I could whilst there. Absolutely lovely stay! Thanks so much!

Lovely comfortable stay just out of town in a beautiful area with lots of things to see and do!

The location was beautiful, overlooking the lake and the mountains. The hosts, Beate and Thomas, have the right amount of friendliness and helpfulness without being overwhelming . The beds were very comfortable. A lovely walk into town to the lakeside. Good restaurants close by. Beate delivered fresh rolls every morning for breakfast.

Für Liebhaber von rustikalen ländlichen Ferientagen sehr empfehlenswert

Alles ist sehr sauber und mit Liebe vorbereitet. Die Lage ist ländlich, Tiere im Stall zu hören, die Einrichtung rustikal. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Entgegen den Angaben auf booking.com ist die Ferienwohnung nicht barrierefrei und für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet, da nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Stadtzentrum und Supermakt ca 2km entfernt, sodass ein Auto unverzichtbar ist.

Schöne erholsame Urlaubstage am Traunsee

Ein tolles Appartement. Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles sauber. Ruhige Lage. Toller Blick auf den See und die Berge. Viel Natur. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auf Wunsch bekommt man Frühstück. Schöner großer Balkon. Im Bad ist eine Sauna. Man kann baden oder im Garten sitzen.

Čistý velký apartmán se 2 ložnicemi, hezky vybavený. Majitelé byli moc fajn a ochotní.

Jedna ložnice se nachází nad kravínem, takže tam nešlo spát. Smrad a hluk. Takže 1 ložnice se nedala používat. Bylo tam hodně much.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Landgut ist so schön und in einer perfekten Lage. Es gibt Rinder, Hühner,Katzen und Kaninchen und noch dazu ein Schwimmteich und sehr viele Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kids. Familie Hafner ist sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung und der Hof sind total sauber und werden mit viel Liebe geführt. Wir vergeben 10 Sterne und empfehlen es weiter:)

Bestens. Gerne wieder.

Die Größe der Wohnung mit Top-Ausstattung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Überdachter, großer Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Die „Zugabe“ war in unserer Wohnung die im großen Bad integrierte Sauna, in der wir mit den bereitgestellten Düften sogar richtige Aufgüsse machen konnten. Da wir leider eine kalte, regnerische Woche erwischt hatten, war die tolle Sauna die Rettung. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Einfach perfekt...

sagen auch die mitreisenden Großeltern. Sie haben die Gastfreundschaft und die Aussicht besonders genossen und natürlich die Nähe zu den Ausflugszielen rund um den See. Auch die Küchenausstattung wurde in höchsten Tönen gelobt.

Der Wahnsinn!

Die Bewertungsskala reicht hier gar nicht aus, mindestens eine 15 😀 Man fühlt sich nicht nur als Übernachtungsgast, sondern auch persönlich willkommen und hält sich auch tagsüber gerne auf dem Gelände auf. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft 💯 und der Badeteich das i-Tüpfel 🩵

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit herrlichem Ausblick und herzlicher Gastfreundschaft

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, ein paar erholsame Tage im Apartment Traunstein auf diesem charmanten Landgut zu verbringen – ein echtes Highlight! Die Ferienwohnung liegt in traumhafter Panoramalage mit einem schönen Blick auf den Traunsee. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das großzügige Wohn- und Esszimmer – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Die Gastfamilie war sehr sympathisch und herzlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Zudem ist die Lage perfekt für Wanderfreunde: Zahlreiche Wanderwege starten direkt in der Umgebung. Insgesamt eine rundum gelungene Auszeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!
