We had our vacation here for a second year in a row. Close to beach, 2-4 minutes walk to city center. Clean, working air conditioners, hot water non stop, friendly hosts. We were able to sleep well and enjoy our vacation.
If you have small kids warn them about the hot water. You should mix it properly with cold water (pretty standard thing). One of the pillows was not comfortable (too high).

Everything was perfect. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The hotel seems well maintained.
The bed mattress, was a bit thin, but nothing severe. It was bearable.
