If it was cleaner, no cobwebs, a

The surroundings is really good. Although it’s not in the center of Canggu, but still not too far away. The room itself has good air conditioning and is cool. Hot water works well too. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

There are too many cobwebs in the ceiling. Ask for soap refill but didn’t got any. The drainage was too loud, it sounded like the toilet will explode at any time 😅 The TV didn’t work (for this, the staff already told us upon our arrival). The linens is a bit dirty and need to be changed to a newer one.

Indifferent staff, shabby premises

The pool was nice and it is relatively close to Canggu, but cheaper.

- The personnel didn't seem to care about much really. There was a family of stray cats living in the hotel area, however, they weren't taken care of by the staff, so they were just roaming around the hotel area, starving and dying. When we reported this problem, they said it's not their responsibility. The cats were fed out of pity by us and some other hotel guests. At the end of our stay we saw 2 cats instead of 4, so I presume the two little kittens died. - The sheets on our bed were torn. - There was not enough outlets and they were placed in such a way that I couldn't put my extension cube there, so I could have 3 electric devices plugged in at max, which is incredibly unhandy for me because I have a lot of devices to charge. - The bathroom had no shampoo, no shower gel. We had to go buy that ourselves. The showerhead didn't fit well into place, so either you had to hold it in your hand to have water go directly on your body or it just went in all kinds of directions. - The room in general was quite unfurnished, there were no covers on lamps, just bare lightbulbs and there were also some holes in the roof.

Excellent value for money

This place was cozy and comfortable. We loved the pool and the deck outside the room to sit and enjoy the trees and birds. Overall, I highly recommend this stay as it is is excellent value for money and was one of my favorite places I stayed in Bali.

The rooms are rustic and charming, but a little dusty with spider webs. This didn’t bother us too much as the space was so peaceful and comfortable.

very good budget hotel

the pool was very nice, AC worked really well and the showers always had hot water. the bed was comfortable too!

you get what you pay for, it’s absolutely perfect for the price but don’t expect everything to be perfect. like our bathroom the shower was very old and the towel of the hotel really smelled, but we didn’t ask for a new one. i’m sure if we said something they would’ve replaced it because they are super nice. also there was no toilet paper so maybe bring some yourself or do it the bali way.

Superb

Everything, it was very good, comfy beds, AC, quiet at night, very nice swimming pool. The location was great for US because it's not in the busy area of Canggu and there are still nice restaurants and cages, however if you are looking to be near the beach, clubs, all the bars etc, then this place might be a bit far (15min by car/scooter). In summary, It was great for the value !! I would Def book it again.

For £10 English a night it is acceptable but the level of cleanliness is unacceptable

Location was nice and secluded so you didn’t hear much traffic, pool was nice and reasonably clean, comfy bed

Room and bathroom where dirty, not just a little bit of dust in unreachable places, the whole cabin was full of dust, animal poo on the floor in the bathroom, limescale and fungus all over the shower and tap, mirror was filthy, unsure what it was but some sort of animal nested in the walls of the cabins scurrying around all night, dogs barking all night long (no fault of the hotel, just need to be aware if you book) advertised daily house keeping but our cabin wasn’t cleaned once in 5 nights there so this caused ants everywhere, televisions do not work even when asked the staff they advised they are not usable, no fridges or hairdryer in the rooms even though they are advertised.

The bungalows are quite good, the garden and the pool are very nice.

The bathroom is not very clean. The staff is not often availaible. The second time we came we get our towels the day after the checking around 10 am because the towels were at the laundry... so if we wanted to get a shower just after arriving, it was not possible.

Cozy place with swiming pool

Nice guesthouse area around swiming pool clean and cozy. They have kitchen but only for staff to use not for the guests.

wifi inside our bungalow was very bad but if you stay outside much better . Could be better cleaning everywere.

At night we heared loud sounds of an animal running around the roof and trying to get in, it was probably a rat. And at the checkin they did not have any change money, so rather bring the exact amount of your booking or you have to pay more.

Very good

Good price and quite comfortable sleep. The staff are super friendly despite the still old fashioned way of check-in. The place is quiet and still in good distance to downtown Canggu.

It was a literal ROOM ONLY service. No bottled water nor water heater. Not even available for purchase, so you need to buy supplies in the nearby mart.
