No wi-fi!!! internet is a necessity and i have never been to a property without internet provided so it didn't even ocure to me to check for wi-fi availability in property description. Guests are expected to clean the property perfectly!!! it is common sense to keep the place you are staying in clean and do basic cleaning before leaving (wash the dishes, take out rubbish etc.) but we were charged additional 75€ for cleaning when we left so be prepared to work as a cleaner and prepare the property for next guests. Also, key collection point is far from the property and time slot for key collection is small so it can be difficult to collect keys if you don't have a car or not able to arrive at specific time sheets and towels are provided for additional cost
