Location is excellent. Loved the washing machine and separate kitchen. Cleaning equipment and supplies were provided. Decent size fridge. Good heating. The Manager kindly met us in the evening to hand over the keys. Then 2 days later dropped off an additional key for our use. WiFi worked well. Netflix was provided.
We stayed for one month but no change of bedlinen was provided. Given it was winter washing and drying sheets in the space of a day was a problem. A change of sheets should have been provided. The main oven door does not open meaning we could only use the grill section. The was no tourist information in the apartment.

Great location. 5 minutes away from Eiffel Tower. Easy access by train and bus to anywhere in Paris. Roomy space. Reasonably big for two people. Some new utensils and plates. (not all of them) Free wifi, which is quite fast. Almost every facility you need, even a microwave, which is essential for travelers.
Smelly corridor. Noisy neighbors. Kind of not clean sofa and seaters.
