Fabulous views from both bedrooms as well as living room, plenty of living space, parking and a working lift for bringing in the Christmas food shop! The balconies were sufficiently sheltered to sit outside for a coffee with the blankets provided. The bathrooms were new and the radiators from them helped to keep the flat warm (see below).
The hot water and the central heating didn't work when we arrived. We fixed the hot water ourselves and phoned facilities management the next day but the heating couldn't be made to work. However we were very pleased with the unexpectedly swift response from the facilities manager who called out an emergency plumber and, when that failed to fix the problem, personally delivered convector heaters.
We also had problems with the not very smart 'smart' TV which was unable to stream Netflix at times.

Loved the location with good parking and within walking distance to all amenities. Very spacious with a well equipped kitchen
The pillows and duvets were not a good standard for a luxury apartment and there was staining on one pillow case. Plus the pillow protectors on the double bed were not very clean with yellow staining. Also the shower in the ensuite needed a deep clean. The glass was badly water marked and black mould around the trims. (which i cleaned) . Despite this we still enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! I hope this is seen as constructive criticism because everything else was fab.

Modern with all the facilities you could need, easy access and generally a lovely flat and location.
Nothing to pick at!
Only comment/suggestion; we stayed on a hot weekend, as nice as it was to have the sliding doors open, would of helped if there was a fan or 2 available to help air circulation. However we didn't look, some may have been in a cupboard.

Lovely large, clean, light flat. Very well equipped, nicely presented. Lovely sea view.
The twin ovens and microwave were luxurious looking but far too complicated for an amateur! I eventually worked out how to use the hob but the extractor fan remained a mystery.
