It was my second stay at the Hotel, meeting my expectations, I booked two rooms and they gave both rooms next to each other, ( perfect like an apartment). Bus route is long and it needs more time to reach Haram, this needs to be improved. Walking distance 15 - 20 minutes to Haram on plane surface. ( It's comfortable ) shopping and groceries around the Corner. Elevators are slow sometimes you have to wait a lot for the elevator during rush hours. All together value for money. If you're young and fit i would recommend.

Bus takes too long to reach the Hotel.

Amazing value for money. We experienced a warm welcome from staff and had a comfortable stay while doing our umrah. Walking distance from haram.

No hot water in the showers but as the weather was hot it didn't matter too much. Lifts were slow and quite small.

Cleanness

Elevator capacity and availability Room size is very small for 4 adults In case of emergency they will suffer to rescue and evacuate the people I think the facility is designed for 50% of actual capacity

Quick and early check-in silent ac

Ac start slowly after 20 mins it start making u feel cool. No hot water, no tissues, no trolley to take ur baggage, no helper to take ur bags, shuttle service is not 24 hours I used only 1 time remaining I use taxi as we should work on th3 shuttle timings. If u miss its ur mistake and u should go by urself, the staff is only arabic no english, I just request to extend for 3 hours and charge half rent but they told even for 1 hour i need to pay full. So I vacate as the hotel was not that full but his rude behaviour. If u selecting for shuttle please dont go for this one. Only 1 service guy for full hotel. Who is bengali but talk only arabic. Sure I will not visit again.
