Pula Center Green Park Apartments and Rooms

Very comfortable room with shared bathroom; one is bathroom, the other one is just toilet and sink; we never had to wait to use it, so don’t be turned off by that - bed is comfortable, blackout curtains, very modern room with small refrigerator, nice bathroom! Location is great as well, a short 10 minute walk to the old town and little further down is the Amphitheatre . Property surrounded by nice parks. And parking around buildings is free. Host, Igor is very attentive and very responsive. We arrived at 11 P.M. The check-in instructions are very clear, but we arrived late and were so tired after a long day drive and had to call him to clarify the address - He was available, and very kind ! Thank you!

The apartment is in a great location — it’s very quick and easy to reach the city center on foot, and there are also nearby bus stops with city buses that conveniently go to the popular beaches “Verudela” and “Stoja.” There’s a nice little park nearby, perfect for a relaxed evening chill. The check-in and check-out process is simple and allows flexibility for arrival and departure. The host is very kind and always responds quickly to messages. I really appreciate the excellent sound insulation — even if it’s noisy outside, once the windows are closed, you can hardly hear anything, and the air conditioning keeps the place comfortably cool. A very good value for money and perfect for a short stay.

If there are other guests staying in the other rooms at the same time, it can sometimes be noisy (depending on how considerate the guests are and how well they follow the house rules).

The apartment was confortable and had everything what we needed, we felt very well. The owner was friendly and flexible due to some extra needs we had. We had a really good time in Pula.

The apartment was good value for money for a short stay. It offered basic amenities and was suitable for a brief visit. The location was also okay! Keep in mind that the bathroom and showers are shared amongts other people too.
