disappointing
The flat itself is nice, clean, and located on the ground level. The surrounding area is pleasant, although you may hear some noise due to nearby roads and buildings.
There is a door in the living room leading to an outside garden with play equipment for children, but the door has no handle and remains closed. This was disappointing and should be clearly stated in the online map. There is also a little shared garden space downstairs, which is shared with the apartment located in the basement. During our stay, our 7 years son unfortunately broke his leg. We decided to continue with our stay, but the host did not check if we needed any assistance. On the last day, while we were having breakfast (there's an eary checkout, from 6 to 9), the host asked us to leave because the next guest had paid for an earlier check-in. We were caught off guard, and it was difficult for us as our son was still in pain. The host told us to have breakfast outside, which we did not, but we tried our best to leave promptly. Overall, while the flat is nice, our experience was below the standard we have seen in Tirol. Communication with the host was poor, especially in a situation involving a child’s injury. We recommend improving communication and being more considerate of guests during their stay.

The appartment has a small outdoor patio but this is level -1, so it doesn't have a very open feeling.
