Location was prime for in town exploring and getting around by foot.
Parking was listed as “free” online, but once checking in, the details revealed that there was public (free parking) across the street, but overnight parking wasn’t free or close by. (Several blocks away). Better transparency would be nice.

Very clean and quiet. Located in a perfect spot in downtown Jackson.
No microwave or fridge which meant you always had to eat out.

Many guest were having problems with their lockers not opening. We had to walk all the way around to get staff help, and she was very annoyed and acted like I was an idiot not knowing how to open a locker. We ended up not using the locker because if no staff was there to help, we wouldn't be able to leave. Lockers need to be fixed.
Lockers need to be fixed so guests don't get locked out and stuck. Front office staff needs better customer service skills.
