Witam, bardzo czysty, przestronny apartament, wszystko nowe, wyposażenie super, parking podziemny, cisza, lokalizacja super centrum Mikołajek, na pewno tylko tam wrócę i będę polecał znajomym i rodzinie. Żadnych problemów, Pani Krysia bardzo pomocna. Pozdrawiam i bardzo dziękuję.

Lokalizacja rewelacyjna.
Moim zdaniem cena była zbyt wysoka jak na oferowane warunki. Parking podziemny jest świetnym rozwiązaniem jednak dużym minusem jest fakt, że aby dostać się z parkingu do apartamentu trzeba wyjść na zewnątrz i pokonać całkiem długą trasę z dużą ilością schodów, co stanowi dużą niedogodność, szczególnie jak się niesie torby, czy walizki.
