Außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus mit Flair.

Ruhige Lage, ein außergewöhnliches Objekt mit allem Komfort. Belüftungsanlage, Jalousien, Klimaanlage, etc. Großes Panoramafenster mit herrlichen Blick auf die Lienzer Dolomiten. Im Außenbereich Liegen, Sitzplätze, Grillplatz mit Grill, Trampolin und Gartendusche. Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Ohne Klimaanlage an heißen Tagen geht es nicht. Durchlüftung des Schlafraumes durch fehlende Querlüftung nicht möglich. Im Schlafraum sind nur zwei sehr kleine Fenster vorhanden. Sauna, Waschmaschine und Trockner werden in einem Nebengebäude noch installiert, bzw. die Sauna und die Geräte sollen noch in diesem Jahr betriebsbereit sein.
