Good Price/Quality Ratio

Our accommodation has been the perfect compromise between price and quality. The studio is perfectly located in Saint Raphael: 10min walking from the main beach, bakery and supermarkets are nearby, city center is 5min walking. The owner was extremely friendly with us, speaking perfect English and being flexible in our requests. A small garage is also available at the property, works fine for a medium or small car. The small apartment is ideal for 2 adults (there a double bed and a sofa bed), has a big sunny balcony, fully furnished kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. The building is extremely calm facing the beautiful garden.

We had a very enjoyable short break in St Raphael

We liked the location close to the town centre and beach yet in a quiet area, the large sunny balcony, excellent shower room and well equipped kitchen. The apartment also had a locked garage close to the lift.

Très bien entretenu le linge de lit sentait bon la lessive il y avait plein de petites attentions Thé à dispo .produits nettoyage .des tas de choses pour que l'on arrive on ne soit pas obligé de courir pour trouver du produit vaisselle , du LV , etc ce n'est pas toujours le cas et la Dame Nadette très sympathique je Reviendrais sans hésitation hyper centre proche République et ses supers restos

Très très agréable sur tous les plans ces vacs émotionnellement parlant comme côté loisirs !

Cet appart est proche de tout même la mer! Très calme car on donne sur des petits jardins! Mais bémol,avec ma soeur on a été réveillé par le chant des mouettes chaque matin! Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique ! Je le recommande et on espère y revenir lan prochain!merci a la propriétaire pour ces belles vacs! Très bien agencé pour un 2 pers!bien équipé entre le four ,lave vaisselle et linge,plaque de cuisson et grd frigo!et j'en passe! Très très spacieux !

Le garage fermé est compliqué pour sortir la voiture.

Bra lägenhet nära centrum i Saint-Raphaël. Solig balkong mot trädgården.

Markisen på balkongen tillfälligt borttagen på grund av balkonginspektion. Trång toalett pga varmvattenberedare ovanför toalettstolen.
