Location, view from window, building. The apartment is filled with all facilities for independent life.
The shower hose broke (and this has been the case for several months, according to reviews). The WiFi didn't work at all. There was some kind of router from a mobile provider in the room, but it didn't provide any internet. The router itself is very bad.

Everything was great. The only issue is with Wi-Fi. Maybe I didn't connect correctly, or it wasn't there. But it’s okay, I used my Internet.
Thin walls between rooms. You can hear people walking or talking in other apartments. May also need to add earplugs if you need to take a nap during the day.
