Fijn huisje, maar te kleine douche

Ruim huisje met goed uitgeruste keuken, vriendelijk personeel en goede voorzieningen op het park. De openingstijden van de voorzieningen wisselen per dag, maar waren voor ons goed (zwembad van 9 tot 21 uur open). Vlakbij het park is een onbemand supermarktje.

De douche is heel erg klein. Als je erin staat, kan het douchegordijn niet meer dicht. Gelukkig was het mogelijk om bij het zwembad te douchen. Naast Booking.com zit er nog een tussenpersoon tussen: DanCenter. Hiervan kregen we onduidelijke/tegenstrijdige informatie na het boeken. Zo kregen we van DanCenter via Booking.com een bericht waarin stond dat betalen met creditcard via Booking.com niet was geactiveerd en dat we een mail met betaallink van DanCenter zouden ontvangen. In de mail zou ook informatie staan over het huisje en een voucher die we nodig hadden voor het inchecken. Wij hebben deze mail nooit ontvangen. We hebben gewoon via Booking.com betaald en de informatie en voucher via een link in een Booking.com-bericht ontvangen. Deze voucher was uiteindelijk niet nodig om de sleutels te krijgen. Ook was de informatie over de in- en uitchecktijden en de eindschoonmaak tegenstrijdig (15:00 uur inchecken, 11:00 uur uitchecken, eindschoonmaak inclusief) en was het onduidelijk of het mogelijk was om beddengoed te huren (linnenpakket inclusief beddengoed, handdoeken en theedoek huren is mogelijk voor 155 DKK per persoon). Eenmaal aangekomen verliep het inchecken gelukkig zonder problemen.

Vieles war gut, die Öffnungszeiten des Unterhaltungscenters/ Gastro waren nicht Kundenfreundlich.

Freundliches Personal. Guter Standort. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm, sofern es geöffnet war.

Das Unterhaltungsprogramm war von Sonntag bis Donnerstag eingeschränkt von 9.00 -13/14 Uhr, was leider vorher nicht bei der Buchung angegeben wurde. Vormittags bowlen und mal ein Bier trinken fanden wir nicht so gut und abends hat es gefehlt. Auch das Restaurant war in dieser Zeit geschlossen. Man sollte diese ÖffnungsZeiten bereits im Angebot angeben, da viele Leute sich darauf verlassen und eventuell ungenügend Nahrung mitbringen. Auch für die Unterhaltung der Kinder nicht unwichtig. Das Haus war nicht ganz sauber. Es hingen noch unangenehme Frauenartikel in einem Beutel im Bad.

Sehr freundliche Empfangsdame. Alles recht unkompliziert. Preisleistungsverhältnis super. Das inklusive Badeland ist ideal für Familien auch mit kleinen Kindern.

Späte Eincheckzeiten. Badezimmer klein und überholt. Zimmer hätten sauberer sein können.
