There are many shops, fast food places and good access to the U-Bahn near the accommodation. The rooms are nicely furnished, the advantage is also a balcony and the proximity of the Danube River with the shipyard, where you can take a nice walk.
At first glance the rooms seemed clean, but after the couch was spread out it wasn't so great. I understand that it's hard to mop under the couch, but this area needs to be vacuumed at least once in a while, it really wasn't a pretty sight and at least it looked like it hadn't been cleaned under the couch for a very long time. Accommodation prices in Vienna are generally high, but considering that we were out of the high season and that the distance to the center is still very long, it was really a quite high.
